"403 forbidden error" while launching a webinar in IE8

When i try to launch a webinar (flash video program) in IE8 within my company network, i got "403 forbidden error".
but i am able to launch the Webinar via IE9 and Firefox(Within Company network itself) .
But in public internet i am able to launch that
webinar even in IE8 also.
Can anyone suggest what could be the reason for the error in IE8 within company network

Contact your company's Help Desk or System Administrators..we cannot help you with the configuration of company networks..or
Compare Internet Options>Connections tab setting for both IE8 and 9...
perhaps they are different or you are using two different user accounts and domain settings.

Tools>Compatibility View>"Display intranet sites in compatibility view"

How to Fix "403 forbidden error" while launching a webinar in IE8 with SmartPCFixer?
